Introduction: Many lawn care companies are afraid to contact their existing customers. They are afraid of bothering them. So these lawn care companies end up ignoring their customers except for those times when they need to send the customers a bill. What kind of message do you think that sends? We stay connected with our customers through out the year, whether there's work to be done or not. Being outside has everything to do with a lawn and landscaping company. We love that our office is the fresh air, smell of clean cut grass, and everything that surrounds us while working outside. Also, our customers are the reason we keep going. Obviously, without them, we would be nothing. We take care to make sure they're happy with everything we're doing. We love the small talk and getting to know them more and more each time we show up at their door step.
