- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard repairs are $75/hr plus materials. Roofing replacements are on an as per job basis, as no two jobs are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to the project site and gather all of the information necessary to give you a competitive estimate for your needs. If working with an insurance company is required, you have the best and most experienced professionals to negotiate with the claims adjuster on your behalf. Once we have come to agreement, we will set a date for works to commence (usually within the first few days), and compete the project as agreed. Upon completion, the client will pay the remaining balances due on the final invoice, and we respectfully thank them for the opportunity to prove ourselves once again as the best around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are staffed with professionals that have vast years in construction experience including, both commercial and residential roofing systems, seamless gutters, siding and drywall repair. We are second-to-none when dealing with insurance companies as we have staff members that have been passed the property claims all lines adjusters course and utilize the same software most insurance companies use in adjusting claims. In short, we speak their language and know how to get them to pay what is owed. We are one of the ONLY companies to carry commercial licenses in both Arkansas & Oklahoma. This means we had to pass all indepth state business law and Contractor Competency exams, as well as provide annual cpa audits to the state to fully disclose our financial stability.
