He never showed up as promised nor would he give any updates. We had to hire someone else who showed up and did a superb job.

Reese’s Handyman Services's reply
First the job wasn’t mine, they hired someone to do a job and they messed up. Then called me to fix the next persons mistake. I told them I would gladly fix the mistake, so we schedule for Monday. My son ended up not having daycare Monday, so I let them know I would need to reschedule. I asked what day would be best. Customer response was any day but Thursday. My schedule was full so I made a mental note that I would get to them this weekend, if I didn’t have time during the week knowing that the customer said any day would be fine. At the end of the day I’m glad the customer got what they needed done but I always communicate. Communication is key
