FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on current market pricing of materials. When market changes, my prices also change. I'm not the least expensive guy out there but I'm not the most expensive either. My estimates are just that. Estimates. Final pricing is affected by the finished product. And sometimes there are some unforseen issues on any project that will affect the finished product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So first I need to see your project in person. I'll take some notes and some measurements. Will take all information you can provide. Within 24 hours I can give a rough estimate over the phone. If that rough estimate is within your budget then I will work up a more detailed estimate. If you have a budget in mind it's best to know that up front, that will save both you and I any time that could be wasted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost all my training was self taught and hands on. I've learned plenty from masters in this trade as well. My people skills I picked up in the Restaurant industry. And my education....well my wife is constantly educating me and keeping in line....lol
