Immediately responded to me, despite it being a Sunday afternoon! Nathan asked me a few questions and offered to send one of his associates to meet me for a free estimate, AND he was offering me the 1st appointment the next morning! I had been really stressed out and struggling with this whole problem after my regular repairman of a decade didn't show up Friday night as he had told me he would nor did he come Saturday morning, which was the backup plan in case he had run into something Friday. He stopped all communication with me Friday night and never left any voicemail or text explaining why he didn't make it to my house? So it was the weekend, I had to get a place to stay at until I got the air fixed which caused problems for my mother who has Alzheimer's and doesn't do well when her surroundings change. Plus, the cost if lodging has been a great deal since it was not anticipated since he said he was coming the same day I called him. So, to say that I have been panicking is an understatement! But I got a response from Nathan within 30 minutes, I think it may have been even 15! He was very kind, friendly and it was nice to have such a great experience. I was a bit reluctant but I was not able to take my time with this. I needed to get something going with this fast. I have to say I really lucked out with Nathan and B & F Air Solutions, Darren was who I met at my house and who worked his magic on the AC unit. They are great people! I was very thankful that Nathan had reached out to me on a Sunday night and made my appointment for Monday morning. Then Darren came to meet me there and he just drove into it. He informed me of the problems, we discussed the costs a little bit and he was very understanding about our situation. Once we locked in on everything he said he was going to work on it and he didn't have time to chat! And he did! I was happy with his initial response to our home and the way we live in it. After he was finished and we were talking about it all, I asked him if they were interested in being my regular repairman now because I was not interested in using my previous one who had never showed up, called, text, answered my calls...nothing. So, despite being so loyal to him I wasn't able to do that anymore and I was going to get someone else who was more reliable, I just can't afford to trust him and I am not going to put mother through this nightmare again because he doesn't even have the respect to call me when he is not going to be able to get here when he said he could. So, this is for mother and me to sigh with relief knowing that we have Darren and Nathan at B & F Air Solutions to be able to do the work needed for us now when we have a problem. I am very pleased with this now. I can't believe I have now recovered from this ordeal that began last Thursday!
So happy that these guys are my new HVAC guys! I am shocked that I have found them! They are keepers and I'm loyal unless you do bad business with me. A
