- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard prices for my packages listed on my website under the 'investment' tab. I'm flexible however and can definitely create a custom package to fit most any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, I really prefer to work with the couple throughout the process and shoot their engagement as well as wedding photos. This gives me a little time to get to know the couple and to find out what's important to them. It's great to develop a rapport because it definitely helps me deliver better photos.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the clients I've worked with have been laid back and focused on just having the best day they can. I try and help them understand that everyone has plans, but it's ok if everything doesn't go exactly right. You adjust and move on and don't let it impact your special day in a negative way.
