Introduction: I have been in the flooring installation and repair business since i was 15 where i worked with family who owned their own store. As time progressed and i got older, i began running my own operation at age 21 and never looked back. I take great pride knowing i treat every customer's home as if it were my own. If I could give them zero stars I would! They came to my house about 6-8 weeks ago and put flooring in my entire home. To start off, they were sloppy, they left huge messes that we cleaned up nightly, never showed up on time and had a different excuse everyday for being 2+ hours late and then would leave between 4-5pm. On the last day (day 7, was supposed to only be 3 days max) they were rushing to complete and didn't take the time to make sure things were done correctly. We told them they could come as early as they needed to and stay as long as they needed. What we failed to do was explain to them what professional hours are because they came around 9am but stayed until 4:30AM! I was sick and had been on the emergency room that last day and I had pointed out that it was getting late when it was 10:30PM and they were outside sawing and causing a noise violation issue, I was ignored then told by Regina at 3:30AM that she didn't know what time it was or they would of left already. Next, we have 3 small Chihuahua's and a 7 year old and none of them could be on the floors at all after they were done for a good 4-5 days because of the amount of nails they threw all over the place instead of keeping a bucket near and putting them in there when they took the quarter round off. I still till this day find them and my puppy has found them and almost swallowed several nails. They left trash everywhere including; soda cans, cigarette buds, and all the flooring trash. Every light in the house was constantly left on, we would turn a light off in a room they weren't even in and two minutes later they were turning it back on. My walls were hit and scuffed up badly with the tool he used to put the floors in with and no respect was shown for our property. The vacuum they had was not made for hard floors so it didn't get the dirt and dust up, especially the dust when they had to grind down a couple areas of cement to make the floors more even and they left a huge mess in the front of my house where they were sawing. Lastly, when you get your floors done with them they say you have a 1 year warranty and will come back out and fix any issues, well we had 6-8 places where the flooring either wasn't together all the way or it was pushed together too hard and it damaged the locking system and caused a hump. We also had a hole in my son's closet floor closet where the flooring wasn't put around the door frame all the way and we had quarter round the was spliced and messed up in our master bathroom closet from rushing at the end. We contacted them and had a date for them to come back out to fix things but they never showed up and never called or text. When we finally got ahold of them we got an excuse that they had separated and she was trying to find someone to come out and fix the floors, a couple days later we heard from him telling us that that wasn't true and when he gets back in town he would do it. Neither could give straight answers or set a date, we finally told them we found another contractor and would send them a copy of the invoice for them to pay us back. We still have had no response back and now they have blocked us on FB and won't return phone calls. We absolutely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, stay away and save your money and go with someone else. We just had to pay additional for someone else to come in and fix all their mess ups throughout our house today and wish we would of went with the second person to begin with, as the professional who came in today stated "the person who did your floors wasn't a professional and didn't know what they were doing, if they knew what they were doing I wouldn't have to come in and fix their work."

These guys are phenomenal. My wife and I had over 1200 sq ft of bamboo hardwood installed by mr Lee and I have to say they went above and beyond too get us taken care of. Excellent work and customer service. I'll definitely will use again and recommend in the future. Keep up the awesome work.

skill and a very great guy. He came and done sub floor repair and installed new floor covering. Was here when he said and completed job earlier than predicted. Very very hard worker and fair on labor prices. Really really satisfied
