- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is based upon the project, including on the condition of the surface to be painted, the area to be painted, and the preparation required to paint. I expect to earn $30/hour for my time, and sufficient funds to keep my business running (advertising, tools and materials, and other expenses).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me as a new customer I will reply through Thumbtack with my availability, contact information, and an indication of what I will charge based upon the information you give about the project. I request that you send me a text with your name, address and something about your project to schedule a time with me. I also request 50% upfront before I begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had years of experience with both painting and handyman projects. My experience continues to expand on the job as I complete projects each week.
