Introduction: We offer self-defense training and Tai Chi lessons, individualized for each student. Our students love the fact that we will only accept 10 students in any class so that they have time for individual attention. We also offer seminar training to companies that are interested in either self defense or health and stress relief for their workers.

This is a fantastic place to learn real world street defense. Sifu Robert McClung has several years of experience and give clear instruction and many perspectives of understanding. He spends individual time with students to address their individual needs. He conveys his knowledge in such a way to make it fun and practical. I would recommend him to anyone at anytime, I found myself having several "ah-ha moments" under his instruction. Definitely give this school a try!

A thorough instructor, Sifu answers questions with examples and analogies. Class fees are really reasonable, and the classes are not rigid, relaxed with a basic plan and if he sees where a student is lacking in an area the class will work on that as well.

Robert has the amazing ability to simplify movement's then build them into versatile sequences. I studied with Robert for 15 years and still keep in touch to train with him to this day. He was always very dedicated to providing a safe and effective training environment.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try out a few different ones. Martial arts is kind of like buying a car, not everyone wants the same one.
