He took really good photos of my brother at his football game. He was on time and got photos back to me the next day. I can’t upload the photos because of the quality of the images. Files are too big.

I reached out for service, and he stated that he would be glad to take some photo shoots. I've asked what would be the best time/date to call and schedule, but he never responded back to my message--no further communication has been established ever since. If there were any issues, or if it wasn't going to work out, it should've been communicated to me, but do not leave folks in limbo.

I like to have a phone conversation or zoom call and talk about particulars. Ask the customer what makes them comfortable or what makes them uncomfortable.
