Giddy Up Asset Management

I clean out foreclosures for asset management companies and lenders. The market is swamped with homes just needing TLC. I love going all over the state. I never know where I will be but once I am there.... I go into a property that has been neglected and I am immediately into action. I transform dirty, nasty, unorganized messes into a house that can be marketed for sale. I resecure, clean, trashout, winterize, lawn maintenance and allow access for repairmen. It is fun and I love the difference I make!!
