- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves in customer service, and we will take care of all your needs from the first phone call you make to our 24/7 emergency line where one of the owners or a senior technician will take your call to answer any questions you may have in thorough. We will then find a time to best fit you on our schedule and get you taken care of as soon as you need the services. On the day of the services our Certified Technicians will arrive at your home on time, in uniform and greet you with a smile. Having service people in your home shouldnt be stressful and our goal is to make your experience an enjoyable one. Our technicians will measure and review the areas (whole rooms, traffic areas or a combination) you would like cleaned, noting heavily soiled traffic patterns, spots or odors you may have particular concerns with. The treatment that follows depends on what particular textile you are having cleaned. Our website goes into extreme detail about each particular cleaning process we offer. We then continue treating our customers (both new & veterans) as the valuable assets they are by calling them a couple days after service to ensure satisfaction. They are also introduced to customer service programs we offer such as the courtesy call back program and the referral program.
