Hello im Jessica and id like to be your house keeper. Basic cleanings, deep cleanings, and you know you know better cleanings. Due to the Coronavirus some people require that I don't bring my supplies into their home and some people require that I do please let me know what you would like me to do when scheduling. I come in and get to work basis cleaning should only be 1hr to 2hrs. for homes commercial or airbnb's I also Supply detergent fabric softener soap hand soap snacks toilet paper ETC upon request for an additional cost

I’m a single mother of 4 and sometimes household work seems a little harder to maintain Ms.Carter has been coming to help me the last 6 mnts every 3rd and 4th Saturday she does a great job every time she is on time very well mannered and respect cleans everything exceptionally and always willing to take the extra mile for my family comfort and leaving my house looking and smelling amazing every time

Jessica was very nice, on time, and polite. She did a good job cleaning my house, however, she did not bring any cleaning supplies or equipment with her. She had to use all of my products, and mop, vacuum cleaner, and rags. I'm just glad I had everything she needed... or I guess she would've had to go buy everything and return. Thought that was very odd for a professional cleaner to come empty handed. :(

Overall, I was satisfied with the end result and she was very responsive. The only issue I had is that the cost was not very transparent. Since the site required me to input the number of rooms/etc., I assumed the initial estimate would be a total…that turned out to be incorrect and instead was charged the estimate per floor of the house which doubled the total price.
