Introduction: I am a community property manager. I work with distressed properties, create marketing, produce ways to increase rental revenue and traffic volume, and increase census growth to its full occupancy potential. I do accounting, payables, billing, and budgeting for the fiscal year. I produce weekly updates to properties, prepare make-ready units, renovate, and do vendor setup and invoice, payroll service, and site work program on-site. I do Yardi, AMSI, and CoreLogic background checks. I know Peachtree.
