I applied for a side job position with Tammy she did no interviews and just said to meet her at a gas station in Bentonville then I would ride with her to the job site for one I was not comfortable with doing so I had not even met this person, so I said send me the address I'll take my own vehicle she sends I felt a little better but then she sends a text telling me to meet her at a gas station in Springdale I asked what was the address she again says oh idk I'll have to look that up just meet me here. Scared me really I thought I was going to be one of those ladies hacked up so I didn't show. So she sends me a email that was very rude but I responded back anyways to tell her why I didn't show up. My point is lack of professionalism when hiring people. 2nd I had been working for her for three weeks only getting very little hours she says you will get to work from 8am- till 3pm but you dont get those hours I have worked this week doing four house my daughter got sick yesterday so I had to leave she complained about that then I told her this morning I wouldn't be able to come in because of my daughter I had no one to watch her with her being sick she says ok your fired and she said she wasn't going to pay me for the days I worked I told her I was going to report her you the labor board she said I'll tell them o don't know you. I have everything that's has happened on recording and in text message to prove everything. So I'm going to take her to court and get my money and I reported her to the labor board. This is a very unprofessional company to work for and my background is perfect I have never been in trouble so she can not use that excuse on me. If you want this kind of unprofessional company in your home then that's your decision I'm just leaving my review of this so called business.

We just recently moved to the Fayetteville AR area, and we had the Go Getters Cleaning Service come out to do a cleaning on the house we were moving into. I have never seen such attention to detail! The 3 ladies did a fabulous job and left everything just sparkling like it was new again. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet the potential new customer and visit their home. I can give a much more accurate bid based on what I see and discussing their needs in person rather than over the phone. I explain to them what all we do, and also leave reading material behind as well that describes our services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Deep Cleans, Routine Cleaning, Vacant Home Cleaning! We even do windows! Realtors, regular routine customers, one-time customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We have many references from prominent residents of NWA and Realty/Property Management companies. Be sure to get references when hiring a cleaning provider!
