- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tree work does not have set pricing. Each job is different and presents it's own set of unique challenges. A Tree Professional must see the job before giving an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come to the client's residence, discuss what they are looking for regarding tree work and provide them with an estimate. Once they hire us we schedule the job for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Independent study and research of diseases and pests that result in dying and dead trees.
