Excellent work! Maya was very prompt and responsive. She's very creative and brought my vision to life! She revised my logo and made any and all changes that I requested with no hassle. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee. Our clients are able to use Afterpay to complete their purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Book Zoom Meeting - You will book your brand strategy session which activates your official start date.
Step 2: Purchase Service - You will select the link to purchase the service through Square.
Step 3: Work Begins - Once you have booked your start date and made the payment, you will be emailed a Brand Questionnaire that needs to be completed prior to our initial Strategy Session.
