Almost 30 years of drafty windows, I took the plunge and had them replaced, along with both doors that you could see daylight around edges. Did I mention I used to put something against the back door so it wouldnt blow open and you couldnt lock it? So I did some checking, got some estimates, and ordered doors and windows from Ozark Home Pros.They are absolutely beautiful!!! Makes me wanna replace the siding on the house to keep up with the windows. Stephen, Josten, and Drew did an AMAZING job! I cant feel the breeze around them! The new doors are fantastic! Ill do an edit when I get a cold weather gas bill, but at this moment, this is one VERY satisfied customer! Oh, and the dog really likes her new glass door!Edit: the gas bill shows I used less gas, even though the bill was higher than last year. BUTI found a window that wont lock. Ive emailed the company but after two days, have yet to hear back. (They did get back to me after two days, but by then my neighbor had fixed it. )

Wow! Ozark Home Pros exceeded our expectations for a new low-threshold shower. Everyone involved from Uriel, our first contact, to the installers, Drew and Josten, to Laura in the office keeping us posted on the timeline of our project, to Eric himself is a professional! This company enthusiastically replaced bathroom faucets, vanity lights, a mirrorthings we can no longer do ourselves. They showed up when they said they would so the project moved along at a nice speed. Thats a big deal! The installation team of Drew and Josten cleaned up after themselves EVERY DAY and asked where and how high grab bars and the seat should be, etc. before just doing it. Drew is a true artist to work around existing walls and use his products to ease from new shower to existing room. The entire bathroom looks new! We are very pleased!

I don't give negative reviews because I believe in talking to the business directly if there are problems. In this case there were so many mistakes and aggreges errors. We had them install a tub shower and a walk-in shower and the jobs were done fairly well. Couple things that didn't get done professionally but we were able to accommodate and let it go.However there were so many mistakes on the third job, it was unexplainable and to pour salt on the wound they want more money. This is a rentable unit that we had to, in all, take down and lose income for two weeks. BUT - they walked out the door saying they were done. mistakenly we just glanced in and it looked nice on the surface and we signed off - our mistake. Later when we were able we tested everything - NO WATER came out of the shower - just a thin stream. AND despite us requesting to multiple members of the team and the foreman to not install the ceiling light/fan unit they spent all Friday trying to get it installed and then said it was our fault for compressing their timeframe to get the job done. (Remove old tub/shower and install a walk in shower. WELL - they could not figure out how to wire the light/fan so they just left the OLD light switches disconnected and hardwired the new light/fan - leaving us no way to turn off the unit. Who does that and calls themselves professionals.We realized the reason we had no water flow- they cut into an OLD galvanized hot water pipe and connected new PEX to it with out determining if the old pipe was viable. After three days we noticed water flowing from outside the cabin, down the driveway and down the highway. They tried to tell us it was a leaking neighboring unit. We easily determined that the old pipe they tapped into had been cut off years ago and we had hot water flowing on the ground - as WE determined by crawling under the lodge and track the exact pipe that water was flowing from. We personally capped off that old pipe. Then a couple days later we see more water flowing from under the lodge. This time we called our plumber in who installed a shut off valve to the new shower hot water so we at least would not lose more water. He stated "I can't find the leak exactly but it's under the shower pan". We had to take down a wall on the neighboring unit and finally found the secondary leak and capped that off. Our water bill was up $1200 compared to any other month. All they have down is argue, defend themselves even though no one came out to look at it or repair it. All they want now is the balance of the job, plus interest and penalty for now paying the balance. We already paid them over $8000 and they want another $5000, even though we lost $2500 in rental with the unit down, hired another electrician and plumber to fix their errors. Oh an the shower opening is one inch higher on one end than the other. So even though part of the contract was for a glass door - they tried to tell us we insisted on a certain color of bronze. No one told us anything about issues with the glass door, we just got a letter in the mail saying they were refunding the glass door. We would have been willing to go with black but they never asked. We have our original remodeler, kicking ourselves we didn't call first, is coming in and can fix the shower. We didn't pay 8K to have a high-end shower with a shower curtain!! And we are realizing just how over-priced this company is. They still want to collect but we need to be compensated. The total job with what they charged and expenses we incurred but this walk-in show (fiberglass walls) and about 5X6 ft of LVP. They also took an entire day to NOT accomplish getting a ceiling light/fan installed. We have photographed the entire project.

We appreciate the feedback but must respectfully disagree with your claims. During construction, our team identified multiple issues in the neighboring unit’s plumbing and brought them to the your attention several times. You confirmed these were known, pre-existing conditions both day of (verbally) and in the following weeks (via email). You were informed that this issue did affect water pressure. Our work was completed per contract, inspected, and approved at the time of completion. When concerns were raised later, we offered alternative arrangements for the shower door and were ignored, yet still issued credits in good faith. We take pride in our workmanship and documentation, and while we regret your dissatisfaction, the plumbing leaks were from pre-existing conditions and are outside our scope of work.
