Due to not replacing the upstairs toilet wax ring timely, our walk out basement ceiling had about a 7 x 8 hole. I kept trying to find someone who could repair it. Meanwhile, the problem got bigger as we noticed we were getting rodents, which we had to get rid of!We saw their van at a Rogers home show a couple of weeks ago. A repairman came out today and repaired the ceiling.. I am so relieved! We didnt want the repairman to paint it, since were changing colors and will repaint it ourselves.I cant even tell there was a hole now! And he matched the ceiling texture. They were close to half the price that another company quoted for the job.
