Tristan and was very thorough and was able to determine the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through next steps in a way that left us feeling confident even though the expense was high. He came back that evening with Austin to replace our entire electrical panel, which was not what we were expecting. Tristan explained everything to us and showed us information about our old panel and the hazard it was for our home. He did a phenomenal job, was quiet while our kids slept, and left the space clean. The next day, Austin returned to install and replace smoke/CO detectors around our house, replacing the old ones and connecting all the new ones together. What started as flickering lights in one room, turned into a much bigger job, but we are happy that nothing more serious happened before we made the upgrades. We had no idea that if something happened, insurance wouldn’t have covered the damages because of the old panel. Mister Sparky was highly recommended by many friends and neighbors and now we know why!

I felt so lucky to have gotten Johnathon Pruitt for my Mr
Sparky representative. He came in and just took over; going all through the house, teaching me all about the electricity that makes my house work. Whenever he thought something needed improving, he'd show me why-in terms I could understand. When I told him I was embarrassed about the state my house was in; he said he used to live in a similar fashion not too many years ago. It made me feel at ease with him. When he summed up all the things my house needed; it was overwhelming, but he showed me how he could stagger out the work in smaller, more affordable bits. Dakota Wiley performed an inspection and provided an estimate for running a 240 volt line to a soon to be built outside sauna. He provided first class professional service and found substandard wiring in our electrical panel. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Austin Norris and appreciate Hayden were equally excellent. They performed clean, quality work in running power to an outside sauna. They also fixed several issues within our electrical panel (done by a different company). They were very professional, polite and kept me very well informed about what they were doing. Final product is excellent. I am more than very pleased.
