I feel very lucky that my call for help was answered by Alan of NetSoft Technologies. He was able to solve the problem I had -- my Microsoft account had been hacked and m,.y checking account was being used to pay for many Microsoft products. Over the course of several days I had been attempting to get help addressing that breach of security with no luck. I had communicated by telephone and chat with many technicians who mostly said that there was nothing to be done except that or purchasing a new PC. My stress and anxiety levels were n the roof. Alan took the case and in short order was able to lock down and secure my several Microsoft accounts and my checking account. He was also able to reassure me that I was protected from any additional charges and unauthorized access so that I could calm down. Alan was technically skilled and very knowledgeable about computer system integrity and security, working efficiently and with clear communication improved my own computer skills. He was friendly but very professioal and his charges were very reasonable and he will be available if I run into any additional problems. I highly recommend him without any hesitation.

We have used Alan for two jobs. We had a hard drive that a different computer company said would cost over $700 to 'maybe' be able to recover. Alan was able to recover all of the data at less than a third of the price. He was punctual and provided updates on what he was working on. We also had him update our wi-fi network. We purchased the material that he recommended and within an hour he had replaced the old system with the new. He is easy to work with and provides an explanation for all that he is doing. I would recommend him without reservation.
