- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a starting company still, and I don't have much overhead, but I am licensed and insured so I will still be in the average price range. there are a few items that I might charge a bit more for, but that is strictly because I get better products for my clients and I value my workmanship very highly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always prefer to look them in the eye when I shake their hand. I love people and I'm always interested in what people like so if I see a football flag or any other sports flags, shirts, balls, etc. I will ask about it. especially trophies, people love talking about their trophies
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technically, I don't have an education, but I do have about 17 years of experience with almost everything found in a house
