Hired Furrow Appliance Repair to look at my refrigerator. They replied within minutes, and had someone out to my house within two hours. They diagnosed my problem, and unfortunately it was going to cost more to repair than what the unit was worth (that was no fault of Furrow's, as their repair price seemed very reasonable, I just have a very old refrigerator).

Very professional and was on time. Fixed my dishwater and was very honest about fixing my washing machine versus buying a new one since it was old and would be a waste of money. Much appreciated!! They are my new small appliance repair men!

Seemed like he was very honest with the diagnoses and didn't try to up-sell me on anything, even though his recommendation was that I needed a new appliance, when he could have tried to get me to do something that could have made the company a lot more than just the basic service call charge. Appreciate that very much!!

They were able to make it out the morning after I received a quote. They were in and out in under 15 minutes and came right at the beginning of the time frame they told me which allowed me to get errands done! I will definitely hire them again if I need my refrigerator repaired! Thanks you!
