- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always negotiable. I know my worth as well too. I'm not about making a quick buck and moving on to the next. I'm about building my clientele, having return customers, and customer satisfaction. That is how you build a business. I don't do business a build it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them. Get a feel for their wants and needs. Make them feel comfortable with their decision of choosing you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design from Devry University with a 4.0 GPA
