I scheduled a move-out cleaning with Janet. She showed up on time and did a very thorough job. Her price was a great value for the work that was performed. I am extremely pleased with the results! She saved me a ton of work that I really didn’t have time for. I highly recommend her!

We have large rooms with tile floors, the others are carpeted. Janet did very good work but I think the equipment/supplies she brings need to be updated/replaced. Other than that, I would hire her again.

Had my initial cleaning scheduled with Janet, but she had to reschedule due to a private issue. I tried to reach out to her on more than 1 occasion to reschedule, but she never responded. I see that Janet is online on Thumbtack, so it appears she is ignoring me. I would not recommend her for any home cleaning due to she appears to be a "one person" shop, and non-responsiveness.
