I have over the years been tested on my self defense skills due to the nature of my job. I have modified and changed the structure on how to train for real world attacks and have adapted the techniques to work outside the training hall. Meeting all types of people and changing their lives for the better, making them confident, stronger both mentally and physically and watching them become leaders and teachers.
