- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was "geeked at birth" and at the age of 4 had already been thrown into computer classes. I grew up building computers and breaking my parents computer over and over again just to have an excuse to fix it. As I grew older I started fixing computers for friends and family and then decided that some of the big box stores were charging too much for repairs, so I decided to offer reasonable rates to the people of the West Valley.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The two most common issues I handle for my clients is virus removal and computer tune ups. Most of the time these two types of repairs will make your client run like new!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beware of hidden fees when getting your computer repaired, and always make sure that you understand what your computer repair professional is doing, and why they need to do so.
