I had a problem with the connectors on my Ethernet cables that plug into my router. The company that the home builders hired to wire the house came out 4 times and did everything but solve my issue. I told imperial electric the issues that I was having and that all I needed was someone to change out the ethernet connectors to fix my problem. They showed up on time and had the connectors changed out in about 15 minutes and my problem was solved. Israel from imperial electric was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Imperial electric switched out our dining room chandelier, contacted them Thursday and they had availability for the upcoming weekend. Immediate response time and flexible scheduling options! He was here promptly and provided a heads up 1hour before. Gentleman showed up and was quick to get our light replaced! Would definitely hire again!

They did an amazing job installing my new ceiling fan! Israel did a very good job for the fan replacement. I thought the price of $100 was fair. That said, I was wanting them to do a new electrical outlet install as well with the fan job. Unfortunately, I was told that to do what I wanted would cost $1,500~ to install the new outlet and cut 2 feet or so of dry wall in order to wire it from an existing outlet in an adjacent room and then install the new outlet. I thought it was a bit out of pocket, considering others had quoted $140-200. I'm not an electrician, but I do think that upselling to that extent is uncalled for. All said and done, I had the new electrical outlet installed the same day (after Imperial did the fan replacement) for $160, no where near Imperial's $1,500 quote. That said, I would be weary of quotes from this agency if you have not gathered comparisons from other electricians.

I hired this company to fix a GFCI outlet issue I was having in my bathroom. It turns out the outlet no longer worked. They came to the rescue! Very timely and professional. With their expertise my issue was promptly corrected! Best quote I received, without the upsell like other companies I contacted. Would highly recommend, and I will only use this company from here forward!!
