Introduction: We're inexpensive because our goal is to train and help individuals. Besides kenpo karate, we also offer yoga, Zumba, jujitsu, kickboxing, kung fu, MMA, and eskrima (Philippine stick fighting). I teach 3-4.5yrs old that not a lot of school does. We also offer punch cards for the those busy people. Our studio is open all day for those who just want to come in and train on their own. We also offer summer camps for the kids. Birthday parties, and after school programs. Being able to help everyone to defend themselves and getting everyone back to good health and get fit. Also, not only im able to help them learn karate but the positive feedbacks I get from their school is amazing... Shy kids have the courage to participate in class and play with others and their grades are getting better.

Lindsay is a wonderful teacher and very good with the kids. I noticed her being very firm, but gentle at the same time. I appreciate that she reminds the kids the importance of learning to defend self and to take it seriously , as kids can often forget. Lindsay is very likable as a person and my sister enjoys the class. Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone especially for your kids
