You absolutely will not find a better yoga session than what you will have with M.O.G.I. Yoga. Muhammad personalizes the experience so that you will be able to deepen your practice and perfect your poses. He has worked with yogis of every level and knows how to accommodate the newest to the most advanced practitioners. He also incorporates mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises, which add a deeper level of relaxation and mental clarity to the practice. His affirmations will leave you feeling proud of who you are and what your unique place is in this world.
