When treating termites,we use infrared cameras to see behind the walls for a more precise and accurate treatment .This cannot be done with the naked eye. We use sonar equipment to listen for termite activity in the wall during the follow-up inspection. We are one of three companies in Arizona using these technologies. We use heating equipment for bed bug treatments.

Had another company exterminate our bedbugs chemically. It was a long 3 week process. After 2 months we had more bedbugs. Some friends recommended Thermanix for the excellent job he did for them. I called John and he came out that same evening and confirmed there were bedbugs in 1 office chair. He then went thru the entire house for 2 hours checking every crevice and seams on all materials. He found no signs of bed bugs. Apparently that chair did not get enough chemicals to kill the eggs. He then recommended getting rid of the chair and watch for any signs of bites or other signs to bedbugs.. The best part was he took the time to explain and show us how to handle a very frightening experience and not sell us something we didn't need since the first company had done most of it. The inspection was FREE.

John came out on a Sunday to examine our house. He is confidant that he can get rid of the bed bugs that the last company we hired didn't get rid of. Our extermination is set for 4 days after he came out for initial appointment, which is great. Looking forward to being bed bug free

I could not have asked for a better person than John to treat the bed bug infestation I was dealing with. John was extremely thorough in giving his thoughts on the situation and how to treat it, his estimate was spot on and a fair price compared to numerous other competitors we received estimates from. John was followed up with me to ensure there were no more bed bugs. John with Thermanix was extremely professional and also a great value. He diagnosed the issues on my property very quickly, walked me through how to understand the bed bug and pest problem overall, and customized a solution that would keep me from spending unnecessary money but still completely resolved all of my problems. There haven’t been any issues at all since John’s service and if I had another problem I would definitely hire Thermanix again.
