I am updating my review because my earlier poor rating was mistakenly posted under RedLine Energy, which was incorrect. My negative experience was with Thumbtack, not RedLine Energy. I give Thumbtack a one‑star rating for their communication failures.
However, I am giving RedLine Energy a full 5‑star rating for exceptional professionalism. The feedback I posted earlier should have been directed entirely to Thumbtack. The communication issues I encountered were caused by Thumbtack’s platform, not RedLine Energy.
