- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, final plumbing prices are not provided online or over the phone. In order to provide the best price and service, an evaluation of the current plumbing situation is required. In-home estimates are always offered to ensure pricing is accurate and the customer is informed of their options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to call Agave Plumbing directly to schedule an estimate but are also welcome to check-out our website and social media accounts to review some of our most recent projects!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Agave Plumbing holds a ROC License with the State of AZ. Agave Plumbing is licensed, bonded, and insured. Please feel free to ask for proof of any of these certifications at anytime. In addition, David has completed several apprenticeships, worked with several companies as a journey man plumber and finally as a Service Technician managing his own plumbing projects end to end in the most recent years.
