I hired C&R Pest Services for a bed bug issue we had in our apartment. When I first talked with Ryan about the issue I was really emotional about the problem but he was confident he could handle the job. He actually talked to me on the phone for a little bit and told me everything he knew about the dirty bugs and assured me he would take care of it, at the end of the call I felt more comfortable. He did the first treatment and left confident that he got them all and that would be the only treatment we needed but he would still follow up a week later. Upon his return for the follow up he searched high and low to find another bed bug but couldn't find one!! Woo hoo! He didn't "need" to do a second treatment but he sprayed anyway just to satisfy my paranoia (lol). He knew exactly what he was doing, he is extremely friendly, honest and all around a good guy! He doesn't treat you like you're just another dollar with a bug problem he treats you as a friend and makes you comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE in need of pest control/extermination! I know I will be using him going forward. 👍🏻👍🏻

Ryan came out to my home and sprayed, collected my check and then dropped out of sight. He kept saying there would be a second treatment in 7-10 days. Weeks later, he contacted me and came and did the second treatment. I still have bedbugs. C&R is a waste of money.

I'm sorry to hear that but there was a problem with the second payment. that issue is taken care of. We have came out and took care of the issue

There's so much more that goes into what we do. We make things look easy. We make thing's look like anyone can do it. The truth is, each individual is required to be Proffessionally trained, know all the laws and regulations, required to know mixing rates, what to mix how to mix it for what pest and at what time of year. We are all required to be LICENSED.
