I highly recommend Voda Cleaning & Restoration! These guys were awesome. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and they did a GREAT job on the carpets and the tile floors. We had a wonderful experience working with Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Phoenix!After discovering a leak in our master bathroom on a Saturday morning, we called Voda and Jeff was at our house within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the process, and set up fans to help dry everything out over the weekend.By Monday, his crew returned to take a deeper look and begin the cleanup process. Daniel checked in with us throughout the week and kept us informed every step of the way. Jeff did the same. Their communication was clear, consistent, and very reassuring during a stressful time.They also worked directly with our insurance company and coordinated with the adjuster, which made things much easier for us. On top of that, they helped connect us with their contractor to get the rebuild started.My husband and I were truly blown away by the professionalism, responsiveness, and level of care this team showed. They made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to navigate. We are very grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend them.
