Had a great experience with Dessert oasis Ac ! From the first phone call to the technician showing up, everything was handled professionally. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was wrong with our unit and the best fix, and did the work cleanly and quickly. Fair pricing too. Hi Scott - Thanks for doing business with us, we appreciate you! I apologize that the work did not turn out exactly as you expected. You hired us and we completed the installation of your mini-split unit. What you are having trouble with is the electricity coming from the house not the unit. As we are specialized in HVAC unit installation and repair, we don’t really help with electrical issues originating from elsewhere and not with the HVAC unit itself. We hope to be of service to you in the future and please let us know anything we can do to help that has to do with the actual HVAC unit.
