I can install a new or repair an existing electrical stuff for residential and commercial, I also set up home theater system, mount TV on the wall, or work as a handyman. My pricing is reasonable. We ran into an issue with a brand new building that the electrician who originally wired the entire building, was apparently a moron. After having two difference maintenance helpers try their luck in fixing it we were still left with a courtyard light that was not connected to any light switch and an entire living room now having any working outlets. I don’t understand how it all works but I did understand that the issue was that there wasn’t enough wires installed. Then if you got the courtyard light hooked up and turned it on it made the rest of the living-room ceiling LED’s dim and flicker. Next problem was when the outlets started to work some he tried to plug in a lamp to show me it worked, which it did, but when he unplugged it all the ceiling lights went out with it. Needless to say this was frustrating! Especially since we use the properties for short term vacation rentals with our company. I was told we didn’t have enough wires and I just assumed that was the end. We would have to have the ceiling or walls cut into to fix it. But he did NOT leave it at that. He and his assistant stayed and a short while later, with NO HOLES, he managed to get everything working! No dimming lights. No LED’s switching off when something was unplugged. Everything was fixed! I don’t know how but I don’t even care! I’m beyond pleased and they will be contacted if we run into any other issues at any of our properties!!
