Listen first , ask and answer lots of questions, show them samples and offer lots of options. Be courteous and friendly and treat them with the same respect that I demand from anyone I hire to do work for me...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a protege under a 40 year veteran in the epoxy business. He was the worldwide project manager for Stonhard. The largest epoxy company in the world! My first job was at Intel fab22 in chandler and Fab x-11 In New Mexico . I also had formal training on systems at their New Jersey location before becoming a territory manager for them here in Arizona. I sold my first job and project managed it from start to finish at the Scottsdale Princess resort for their main kitchen floor. (12k sf) I left the company and started my own company in 2006. 22 years now in the industry!!!
