- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates can vary, but overall, feel they're very reasonable. Children's parties and events are certainly lower, than say, a formal event such as a wedding. Some photo shoots require more set up and equipment - so these things are certainly taken into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in working with clients is to discover their expectations. What are their specific ideas, do they have any examples. We collaborate well in advance so everyone is comfortable from the beginning. But the real fun begins when we're actually shooting - we can still get creative!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always continuing my education, whether through classes, meet up groups, books and magazines on photography or working with more seasoned photographers. I also challenge myself and will spend significant amounts of time working on certain depths of field and lighting.
