I had Topicool install two new heat pump systems, and the whole experience was excellent. Communication with Brady was great from start to finish. I got a quote on a Saturday and the systems were installed that Monday. The installers were punctual, professional, and did a great job, including cleaning up afterward. The new systems are working well, and the price was more than $10,000 less than a competitor’s bid for the exact same equipment. I’d definitely recommend Topicool and Brady. They were responsive, professional, and fair throughout the entire process.
