Working with Breakthrough Redesign was a pleasure and I highly recommend. I chose them not only because they had a competitive quote, but they were also very responsive, thorough and transparent. I was in solar for a decade and I can tell you that responsiveness and clarity from a contractor offer a sense of relief to the homeowner as it’s important to set proper expectations so all parties are satisfied. They were even accommodating and welcoming to our dog. The finished product is exactly what we were looking for so thank you and looking forward to doing business in the future.

Had a worrisome issue with a pergola and Breakthrough Redesign really came through from me. They did not hesitate to handle a relatively small potatoes job like this, which I really appreciated. James came by and quoted me a very reasonable price. He came back today and was punctual and responsive throughout. I can now use my pergola again and feel safe that it won't be at risk of collapse!
James is just getting started on Thumbtack and you should really consider him for any jobs from small to large. I'm keeping his contact info for sure.
