- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a 2 hour minimum. The client is paying for our time which includes purchasing materials if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the project and decide scheduling options, what materials are necessary and who will purchase them. We will then confirm the appointment to complete the work. Once the work is completed I will provide an invoice and collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in home repair across multiple trades!
