Genny L. says, "We recently partnered with Nations Construction Inc. for a full build-out of our new 1,200 sq ft office space, and we were amazed by the quality of work they presented even before they began any actual physical work. After on-site evaluations with multiple contractors and architects, their team stood out as incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Strengths: On Time & On Budget: They were transparent about costs and confident in their ability to deliver at a fast pace. Their pricing fit within our budget. They started jobs right away on the electrical, plumbing , sprinklers and mechanical aspects for the AC while we waited for the permit. Their expected completion date is much shorter than most other companies', allowing us to open our doors early. Quality: We were truely impressed by their expertise and professionalism. They took the time to provide a full scale planning presentation before any work began. While other architects and builder we met listened to our vision for the space, Joey from National Construction was the only one who offered his professional opinion about the pros and cons of my envisioned layout. He presented detailed plans, including drawings for electrical, plumbing, and the floor plan, complete with Keys, Legend, and Notes on it. The plans were detailed and professionally pleasantly to look at. It demonstrated a complete blueprint way before the work commenced. While I am still waiting the final results of the project, I am confident it will be one of the best I could have envisioned. We highly recommend National Construction to any business looking for a highly knowledgeable and professional contractor for commercial construction. We will definitely consider them for our future expansion projects.""See more
