- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with my pricing and time. I’ll prioritize repeat customers and they get a better price. I’ll discuss materials costs up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let customer describe work to be done, repeat the tasks to make sure we’re on the same page, then describe my approach to complete the tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to hands-on experience, I was a designer for 18 years in architecture and landscape architecture. Associates degree in architectural design and degree/Arizona license in landscape architecture
