- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Inspections typically cost $275 - $600 dollars depending on location, size, age and complexity of home. Choose your inspector based on number of good reviews they have, many customers like to mention pricing, as it is always highly considered when choosing a professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get an idea of where they are in the inspector process at the property they are buying, selling or currently own. Our goal is to be as transparent throughout the booking process so the customer, whom often times, has never purchased a home inspection before, knows exactly what to expect and when to expect everything to take place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Patrick, the owner, is a member of the Arizona Chapter of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), as well as a member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Both professional bodies require continuing education to maintain membership, ensuring all professionals affiliated are up to date on the latest building techniques and trends in the industry. It is ever changing!
