Eric's estimate was prompt, fair, and honest; and better than most. I appreciated the ease of communication (very responsive to messages and questions) and scheduling. Eric and his crew arrived on time, and handled the job professionally and courteously. It can be a little embarrassing to have people come and see the mess you've made! But Eric made me feel comfortable and got a dirty job done quickly (in less than an hour). I got estimates from several other junk removal specialists, but only Super Junk explained how the estimate was calculated and helped me see (before we even scheduled!) that I probably had more Junk than I thought. I very much preferred this to getting an unrealistically low estimate and then being surprised on the day of the job. And again, the pricing was more than fair. I feel like I got a good deal. I hired Super Junk to clear out my yard and garage before selling my house. I am so impressed with the company that I plan to use them again to clear out my house after it sells. They even swept up the dust on their way out!

This company is THE best in efficiency and customer service! I'm so impressed with Eric and his team and give them my highest endorsement. I'm a senior citizen on a very limited budget and I needed a large, 3 piece sectional removed from my residence and taken to the dump. I checked with Goodwill in the hope that they had a work skills program in place that taught upholstery and would be willing to pick up my couch and use in their program. Instead, they wanted to charge me $300 to pick it up and dispose of it - money I definitely didn't have. I found the Thumbtack site and requested a quote. I received a total of 5 responses, one of which was Super Junk Removal. Eric went above and beyond reasonable to give me a quote I could afford, which was about a 1/4 of what he would normally charge! Eric and his team are friendly, trustworthy and professional. Look no further if you need junk removal or pressure washing work done. I'm so grateful for his very thoughtful consideration of my circumstances and kind willingness to help me at a nominal cost.
