- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary focus is to listen and understand the customers needs and request clearly, from this point I'm able to assess and balance all factors involved such as health and current condition of your furbabies in order to provided the most accurate quote and what or if services are recommended at that time. Your furbabies comfort is the most important factor in this process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training dates back 15 years to the original Pet Styling & Stylist academies of AZ under a Master Stylist/Groomer teaching the techniques and applications of the nationally renowned Nash Academy of Grooming.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in a home with many loved and cherished family pets of all kinds and have always had a passion for working with animals. Starting with my first job with a national pet chain up until the point I found and transitioned into grooming which I fell in love with and continue to cherish and appreciate today.
