- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated! $45 for 30 minutes Full payment due at first lesson of month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate via text/email/phone and introduce myself and answer any questions the student or parent may have. Then email studio policy and clear background check for them to understand a little bit more about my studio and myself. Attempt to schedule first lesson as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Social media groups and Webinars. Music blogs. Piano instructor networks.
