Words can not express how grateful I am for Atif. To begin all of it took about a 9 month process to sell my house. First I wanted to pray & feel comfortable with my decision. Atif was there every step of the way with no pressure & to answer any questions I had. Next we sat down & came up with a plan on how to fix up the house to get max price on the sell of the house. Again, no pressure just a list of suggestions. Then once I made up my mind on the items I wanted to work on, Atif had an amazing network of people to execute & get it done. All reliable & trust worthy people. He helped me from painting the house inside & out to flooring, to inspections to ensure all went smooth. I have to tell you as a single mother juggling my kids, career, and trying to sell the house I could not have gotten a better partner to come along side me to help me get the project done. If that was not enough he sold my house in reasonable time & my house was the top selling house in the neighbor to date.
