- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest in the valley, nor are we the most expensive. We feel that our service, quality of materials, and warranties offered are some of the best in the valley, and we stand behind our work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling an on site appointment with one of our Trained Roofing Specialist. Upon arrival, we photograph and provide extensive details in order that the homeowner or business owner have sufficient information to make the best decision on such a valuable asset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training is constant. TRI, ARCA and OSHA just to name a few, But we also visit our Vendors and manufactures of products used to be up to date on brands, changes or what may be discontinued in the near future.
